Matthew and Laura are pleased to announce the birth of a child -- our child, specifically!  At 4:18 a.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2003 at 3001 Abell Avenue in Baltimore, Laura gave birth to a 6 lb 14 oz baby woman named Rachel Eve Kessler-Weinstein. 

Matthew and Laura, bleary-eyed and exhausted, with Rachel  --  well-rested and refreshed, later in the day on September 14th.
Matthew wryly added: "We'll look rested and refreshed when she goes off to college!"
